Return and Refund Policy

Returning Merchandise
When you receive your order, always keep any paperwork that is included with it in case you wish to return or exchange an item. Also, save any emails you receive about your order, as they may provide important information.
A return must be authorized and is required for all returns. You can call or email us through the Contact Us Link below. Returns can only be requested within 15 days of the product shipment date. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, or they may be rejected. Your order must be returned to United Crafters, Inc. in order to receive full product credit, your shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Defective Returns
If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. If you receive defective merchandise, please call or contact our customer service department through email for assistance.
Damaged Returns
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately or contact us through email. If you receive damaged merchandise, please save all packaging material and paperwork -- do not throw anything away! Please contact us immediately and prior to shipping items back to us.
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us according to the terms of our return policy for a prompt exchange or refund. Deliveries which are refused are considered as returns and are subject to our return policy.
Cancellation Policy
If at any time you would like to cancel your order please do so as quickly as possible!! Please understand we make every effort to ship all orders the same day as the order is placed. This makes it very difficult to cancel orders unless the request to cancel is received relatively quickly after the order has been placed. Once an order has shipped you may return the items as described in our return policy. Once the order has shipped, shipping charges will no longer be available for refund.

If you have recently placed an order via the United Craters, Inc. website and need information about it or would like to change it, please call or contact us through email. Since we do our very best to process your order immediately after we receive it, modifications are sometimes not possible. We always do our very best to work with our customers. Your satisfaction is very important.
